These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between baji vip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services offered at baji-vip.im. These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by baji vip, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms without reservation. Your continued use of the Platform after any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We therefore encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplemental document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

baji vip operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in English. All financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified.

Use of the baji vip Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. baji vip operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from using this Platform in any capacity.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Personal use: You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Creating or operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Single account: You are permitted to hold only one registered account at any given time. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be currently subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on baji vip or any related platform.

baji vip reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made by an underage account holder will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full, without exception.

To access the full range of services offered by baji vip, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change.

Information Required at Registration

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth (to verify the 18+ age requirement)
• Valid email address
• Bangladesh mobile number (used for OTP verification and account security)
• Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or other supported method)
• Preferred username and a secure password

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared devices
• Notify baji vip support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Never share your login credentials with any third party for any reason

baji vip will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from baji vip that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

baji vip accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. All activity conducted via your account is your responsibility unless you can demonstrate that a third party gained access without your knowledge or consent.

baji vip facilitates deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in real time or within the timeframes specified in the table below.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your baji vip wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• baji vip does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your baji vip wallet.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• You must have completed the account verification process before your first withdrawal request can be approved.
• Withdrawals of funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are fully met.
• baji vip reserves the right to request supporting documentation (e.g., source of funds confirmation) for withdrawals above ৳100,000 as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
• Fraudulent or suspicious withdrawal requests will be declined and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

baji vip offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. The general principles governing all bonus offers on baji vip are set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's dedicated terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance or associated winnings that have not been wagered through by the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the original bonus being forfeited.
• Minimum deposit for bonus activation: Deposit bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit as specified in each offer. Deposits made via certain payment methods may not qualify — always check the individual offer terms.
• Abuse of promotions: baji vip reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings in cases where promotional abuse, bonus exploitation, or coordinated betting patterns are detected. Accounts involved in systematic bonus abuse may be permanently closed.
• Seasonal promotions: During BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh, baji vip may offer limited-time promotional bonuses. These are subject to the same general principles outlined above plus any promotion-specific terms.

baji vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any modification to an active bonus will be communicated to affected players via their registered email address.

Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. Free play or demo versions are available for most slots and RNG games, allowing players to understand game mechanics without financial risk. baji vip accepts no responsibility for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji vip Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or using an account while under the age of 18
• Opening or operating more than one account (whether directly or through a third party)
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine manual play
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting in sports markets
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime involving the Platform's payment systems
• Making deposits using payment accounts not registered in your own name
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion orders
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using VPN, proxy services, or any other technology to misrepresent your location or identity
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the proper functioning of the Platform
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the Platform

baji vip employs dedicated fraud detection and risk management systems that operate continuously. Any account flagged by these systems will be subject to enhanced review. During any investigation, the affected account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be placed on hold.

baji vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed through a payment provider
• Identification of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual
• Detection of systematic bonus abuse or wagering patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play
• Receipt of a valid request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment provider

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting baji vip support at support@baji-vip.im. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure (subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes where possible. Any bonus balances and associated pending winnings will be forfeited at the time of closure. Personal data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.

The baji vip Platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baji vip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from account compromise due to a player's failure to maintain account security
• Losses resulting from interrupted or delayed internet connections on the player's side
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the Platform
• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or reputation arising from Platform use or inability to use the Platform
• Any game malfunction where the malfunction is attributable to the software provider rather than baji vip
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.)

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit baji vip's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited on the Platform, and you accept that risk freely as part of your decision to engage with the services offered.

baji vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered account holders by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum period of 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing clauses, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the baji vip Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Clause 8 above.
